People are at the heart of our process of innovation, and we are constantly analysing the changes in our lifestyles and responding to everyone's needs. Wearers test our prescription glasses in real-life situations, known as LiveOptics™, allowing us to establish how our innovations are improving people’s visual experiences during their everyday lives. Only the vision solutions that obtain the highest satisfaction levels are developed further and make it to your optician.

Our innovation work starts with a detailed understanding of your visual behaviours, of your expectations, and of your frustrations, in order to be able to suggest the best prescription glasses for your day-to-day activities. For this, we conduct interviews with thousands of people and we also conduct active listening online. Additionally, we organise precise studies of people's needs in real-life situations. To that end, we’ve created HouseLab™, which mimics a real house, and CarLab™, which replicates a real driving environment. In these spaces, we observe glasses wearers in conditions that mimic real-life settings, like climbing stairs, reading the newspaper, using a screen, cooking, driving, etc. Numerous tests are conducted in the lab to perfect the best solution.
Once the solution is finalised, we test our products in the HouseLab™ and CarLab™. Finally, wearers then test the lenses in real-life conditions over several weeks, and they are the ones who approve our innovations.
