Frequently asked questions

Warranties on Eyezen® lenses vary between eye care professionals, so be sure to ask your eye care professional about their specific coverage and policies.

Eye strain can occur when eyes get tired from intense use. One of the most common causes of eye strain is looking at a computer screen for extended periods of time – known as digital eye strain.

The small fonts and pixelated images on digital devices force our eyes to work harder in order to focus. This can be hard on your eyes and may cause digital eye strain, even if you don’t currently wear glasses. Some digital eye strain symptoms are dry eyes, red eyes, itchy eyes, headaches, neck pain, difficulty focusing or seeing clearly, and more.

Although your eyes are capable of focusing on screens all day, they really weren’t designed for hours and hours of up-close focusing day after day. Eyezen® lenses do some of the work for your eyes, resulting in less eye strain. Their design includes exclusive technologies that optimise your vision for both far and near visual tasks, keeping your eyes relaxed and protected.

Your eyesight and vision are critical to your overall health and wellbeing. It is recommended that you have a comprehensive eye exam annually and consult your eye care professional on the best lens options for you.

Eyezen® lenses can block at least 20% of blue-violet light rays. Ask your eye care professional to find out which filter comes with your own Eyezen® lenses.

Blue-violet light may contribute to the development of certain eye conditions and is believed to increase the risk of age-related macular degeneration.

Genuine Eyezen® lenses are available through your eye care professional. Consult with your eye care practitioner if you have any questions about authenticity.

Blue light is part of the visible light spectrum. It comes from the sun as well as from artificial light sources like digital screens and fluorescent lights. This type of light gets absorbed deep into the eye, making it one of the most intense forms of visible light to humans.

Eyezen® lenses correct your vision and relax and protect your eyes from eye strain, specially designed for today's connected lifestyles. Their unique design optimises object distance and gaze directions as well as filtering blue-violet light emitted from phones, tablets, televisions, computers and more. They keep your eyes relaxed and prevent and reduce eye strain symptoms.
